About Munira Lokhandwala
With a BSc in Mathematics from Mumbai University and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta(Batch of 99), Munira worked for a couple of software companies including Infosys before leaving it all to devote herself to a full time teaching career. She started off at IMS where she took batches for Maths, Verbal as well as DI for over two years. She eventually took over as the CAT product Manager at IMS. From there she moved on to Career Launcher where she has been teaching and managing content for the Western Region.
In her free time Munira likes to take the CAT and has managed a 99.99 percentile and above each time for past four years. CAT 2004 saw her getting 99.99%ile with a straight 100 in Verbal while CAT 2005 saw her getting a perfect ten ... oops, a perfect hundred. She was also the National topper for CAT 2008; scoring a 290 out of 356 totally with a hundred percentile in Math and Verbal.
With over 2000 cumulative hours of teaching the CAT to students with backgrounds ranging from IITs to the BComs, Munira will be personally involved in teaching and mentoring every CATalyst student.
